Rolls: Chilled Cast Iron rolls with surface hardness 510 ~ 550 BHN. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling or heating
BODY&FOUNDATION-dully steel fabricated by M.steel plate.
Bed: Common bed construction MS plate fabricated.
Journal Bearing Housing: Steel Casting Housing fitted Phosphorous Bronze bush Bearing switch line in Brass Housing.
Lubrication: Manual Glass lubricant / Motorized Force-feed lubrication motorized pump for recirculation of oil in brass bushes.
Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit: NIP adjustment at two roller ends is done manually using two separate screws attached to the brass housing body.
Roll Cooling: Through universal funnel type drop tray System for water circulation and roll cooling.
